rear Idler wheels
So I got my new Torro Tiger1 yesterday. While driving it I noticed the tracks where riding a little rough around the drive sprockets and idlers. Taking the tracks off I noticed some extra metal on the drive sprockets so I simply filed them off and works allot better. Now to the idlers. They seem to be mounted in a way that they are not aligned with the rest of the drive train causing the track to catch on the edge of the wheel. Really don't think they can be bent back to being straight. Is there another adjustment?
Re: rear Idler wheels
Have you tried the track tensioner located in the tank for the rear idler?

No I didn't. Looking at it didn't seem it would make a diff. I'll look at it again tonight. Also what do you use to lubricate all the moving parts?
