[ICE]monkeys 1/6 panzer IV
hi all, she arrived last week , great big box , weighs in at 74 kg
makes the tamiya tiger II seem tiny
started by cutting out all the turret and top hull hatches
did this with a jigsaw ,then finished it of with a file
next i started to clean up some of the resin parts and trial fitted the main gun assembly

to scurzen or not to scurzen , that is the question , at the moment i will say yes as it comes with nice photo etched brass sheets, but it does cover alot of the detail up971wright wrote:Hi You lucky guy ,looking good will follow the build ,just one question is Schurzen going on .

Re: [ICE]monkeys 1/6 panzer IV
she comes with all the bits to finish it to a museum quality tank, including motors , turret motor / loads of white metal castings and about eight sheets of photo etched brass, plus two 30 amp speed controllers, i will be adding a benedini sound card and smoker, recoil , elevation to main gun , muzzle flash , mg leds, the list goes on , so does the money , oh yes plus a 12volt 36 amp battery, heres a pic of one of the drive motors next to a motor for a tamiya 1/16 panther
