Massive FUBAR on my part

Post by Merlin707 »

Just realised one of the orders I have placed with Jason's store is going to my old old address seen as I forgot to delete it off PayPal.

IM also not getting any replies off Jason to see if he can help me out with this issue.

It's for one of the main components too so im screwed:(

Any way of getting hold of the new resident? I've had this a couple of times despite changing my home address in PayPal.

What Dragon245 said....or contact paypal...file a complaint..that way the seller has to respond ;)
J is kind of slow...so if you do it fast enough...he might be able to correct things on his end

Don't put in a PayPal thing. You'll get blocked from using jasons store in future. Local sorting office is probably the best bet.

Really J does that 8O .... I would imagine if the reason was good ....he would understand...but he is a rather rough around the edge kind of guy... I still have a good laugh at some of his replies :haha:

I don't know what to do now, he isn't responding to tell me which courier it has been sent with or providing me with a tracking number.

I need to know whether or not he has combined my other purchases that had my correct address on with the incorrect one but all I'm getting is that it has been despatched.

I've ordered from him many times. He has always used the Post Office to ship packages, so go down there and submit a Change Of Address form. Even if you've already put one in; make another one. That way when the package shows up at the building site; they'll know where to redirect it.

That's a good point! Just make sure the Royal Mail don't try and sucker you with there mail forwarding service, it's extortionately expensive!

Alpha you actually got a reply off him?!
